The grinding machine was developed by us in order to be able to give the circular knives an optimal and long-lasting sharpness. We have been using this grinding machine behind the scenes for decades to offer our customers the popular grinding service, because sharp circular knives glide through the meat like butter. First, the circular knife is mounted upside down on your Tandir-Knife II. The circular knife gets grinded on the left side of the grinding machine using a grinding wheel and finally polished on the right side using a felt polishing wheel in combination with polishing paste. This method is very effective and gentle on the material. The preset angle guarantees a first-class result. Please always remember to clean your circular knives properly before use. We offer our circular knife grinding machine in three versions (100mm/120mm/140mm), same like from the Tandir-Knife II. The size of your Tandir-Knife II determines the size of the grinder.
