Repair service
Our service includes all repairs and servicing for our TANDIR Machines and the special sharpening service for circular knifes. Simply send us your device or visit us personally. Our diagnosis is free of charge. After the cause has been found, we will advise you by telephone or by mail about the repair cost. Only after your approval we will start the repair and you incur costs.
You will receive a 6-month guarantee on the repair (excluding water damage and damage caused by your own fault). If you have any questions, please contact us by phone (0531 2344780) or by email (mail@tandir.de). We are looking forward to your contact.
